Capitalism Studies courses provide a basic understanding of economic concepts and reflect critically on international economic phenomena ranging from the industrialization and urbanization of China and India to the financialization of the United States and the Eurozone. By offering a variety of courses culled from across the university, the minor provides an interdisciplinary perspective on the study of capitalism. 

You gain basic economic and financial literacy, acquire insights into global capitalism and current political debates.
