Licensure and Certification Opportunities Related to the MA in Psychology
Students who enroll in Âé¶¹´«Ã½É«ÇéÆ¬â€™s MA in Psychology are eligible to enroll in the program’s optional Concentration in Substance Abuse and Mental Health Counseling
(CMHSAC). They may also be eligible to apply for admission to Âé¶¹´«Ã½É«ÇéÆ¬â€™s PhD in Clinical Psychology. Please note that the MA in Psychology is not a standalone professional degree leading to licensure.
The CMHSAC and the PhD in Clinical Psychology have been designed to meet educational requirements that are specific to the State of New York.
