Joseph Salvatore is the author of the story collection (BOA Editions, 2011) and the co-author of the college textbook , 10/e (Pearson, 2015).Ìý A Spanish translation of his story collection, , was published in 2018 by Editorial Dos Bigotes, Madrid, Spain.Ìý He is Books Editor at The Brooklyn Rail and a frequent contributor to the New York Times Sunday Book Review.Ìý His fiction has appeared in, among other places Ìý(Roundabout, 2021), (Catapult, 2020), (Outpost 19, 2020);Ìý, Dossier, Epiphany, New York Tyrant, Open City, Post Road, Salt Hill, Sleeping Fish, Statorec, and Willow Springs.Ìý His criticism has appeared in the ; ; ; ; ;ÌýThe Believer Logger, and elsewhere.Ìý He is an associate professor of writing at Âé¶¹´«Ã½É«Ç鯬, where he received the University Distinguished Teaching Award and was the founding editor of the literary journal LIT.Ìý He has taught writing at Eugene Lang and Parsons School of Design. He lives in Queens.
